Using Prebride

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).
• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You agree not to misuse the service or infringe others’ rights.

Content and Conduct

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and display it for providing the service. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

Payments and Upgrades

Certain features (e.g., public events) require a one-off upgrade fee per event. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment processing is provided by third parties and subject to their terms.

Prebride integrates with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Google, Resend, payment processors). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

Prebride is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scencan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
